I am posting this publicly because I have been trying to resolve this matter directly with Exclusive Markets for several months, but I have not received a proper decision or reimbursement. On 25 February 2026, a 1.00-lot XAUUSD buy position on my trading account was force-liquidated by the broker’s system. Trade details: Broker: Exclusive Markets Account: 5170316 Account type: Exclusive Leverage: 1:4000 Instrument: XAUUSD Ticket: 43178819 Position: Buy, 1.00 lot Opened: 25 February 2026 at 17:27:09 Open price: 5183.85 Force-liquidated: 25 February 2026 at 17:31:18 Closing price: 5173.39 Loss charged: $1,046.00 I reported the issue to my account manager on the same day and followed up several times. I also sent a formal escalation email on 8 March 2026. Despite this, I have repeatedly been told to wait, without receiving a clear explanation, detailed investigation report, or final decision. I am requesting that Exclusive Markets publicly explain: The exact margin level and equity immediately before the liquidation. The broker’s stop-out level applicable to this specific account. The complete calculation used to justify closing the position. The server-side price and tick data used at the exact moment of liquidation. Why the complaint has remained unresolved for such a long time. I am not asking for special treatment. I am asking for a transparent review supported by actual account and server records. If the liquidation was incorrect, I request that the $1,046.00 loss be refunded to my trading account. If Exclusive Markets believes the liquidation was correct, they should provide a complete written explanation with the supporting calculations and evidence. I have attached the trading-chart screenshot and my previous complaint email. Additional account history and correspondence can also be provided. I hope Exclusive Markets will respond here and resolve this matter fairly.
